Help your skin glow with this homemade mask from Jo Loves.
Jo has been making this mask for over 30 years for clients and friends. Featured within her bestselling autobiography My Story, it’s perfect when you need to gently exfoliate and rehydrate your skin. Grab these ingredients and make it for yourself:
1 small pot of natural yogurt
Splash of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of warm honey
2 drops of jojoba oil
2 drops of avocado oil
Add together all the ingredients, stir and store overnight in the fridge.
Apply the mask to cleansed skin with fingertips or a paintbrush and leave for 20 minutes or until hard.
Next, gently massage the skin using extra avocado oil before completely removing the mask with a warm facecloth.
Finally, apply your normal moisturiser or night cream.
