Hi, my name is Julia Puchovska, I am a photographer and blogger living in Galway. Love, Joules is my

personal outlet where I write about clean eating & wellbeing, clothes I like to wear and pretty places

I visit.

When I’m not blogging, I work as a freelance photographer and videographer at Wonderfulife

Productions with my partner Kenny. We also run a monthly short film screening in Galway called the

Little Cinema. It’s a platform for young film-makers and film-lovers to show their work, network and

have a fun night out.

I grew up in Slovakia and chose to move to Ireland by myself when I was 19, so my blog mirrors my

continued love affair with the beautiful places that country has to offer. I love the term ‘world

citizen’ and the idea that there isn’t just one place where we can feel at home.

As an adult I’ve developed eczema and as a result, I now live on a low allergen diet and use natural

products where possible. I enjoy coming up with tasty, gluten & dairy free recipes and sharing

practical tips on self-care and ideas on how to make healthy living fun.

I am lover of fashion, nature, stationery and coffee. Guardian and servant to two adopted cats.

When it comes to personal style, I love high street but I also get a huge thrill from unique charity

shop finds and supporting creative Irish designers and brands!
