Boy do I love my magazines!

Any of my friends will tell you that the corners of my home are filled with small piles of carefully curated copies of Oh Comely,  Country Living, Vogue & Architectural Digest to mention a few.

However top of the pile every time for me is “the simple things“.  I say it’s a magazine but it’s much more of an experience than any glossy. Reading a new issue, for me, is like taking a mini break to somewhere I want to live forever. The texture, photography, content and overall message is sublime.

It recently featured this sumptuous recipe for Roasted Fruit which I thought I’d share with you.
