A fruity side dish that’s as refreshing as it is rainbow-like.
2 tblsp runny honey
4 tblsp orange juice
1 pink grapefruit
1 small red onion
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
black olives sliced
- In a small bowl stir together the honey and orange juice. Peel and thinly slice the citrus fruits and red onion.
- Arrange fruit on a platter any way you like. Drizzle the honey and orange dressing all over and garnish it with onions, olives and pomegranate.
