“Another shade I associate with autumn is the rich ruby red colour of my favourite wine Tommassi Ripasso. It’s very special as it was brought into the country many years ago by my friend Orna’s late father who discovered the Tommassi family estate while travelling in Italy. He went on to build a business importing this wine into Ireland. She brought it as a gift one night when visiting and I have never bought another wine since. Go on, treat yourself!”
